• Hello, and thank you for maintaining this great theme.

I have one issue with the mobile menu: it is always unrolled, and I haven’t found a way to make it work like a standard menu. In particular, on a mobile device, when I click on the menu icon, it opens the menu screen, but all menu and submenu items are one on top of the other. Like a folder tree. I just need the standard ‘click to unroll’ behaviour. I reviewed the nav settings, but no luck. I am using the WordPress 6.9, no extra plugins, with a supported version of PHP on the server side. Currently, the site is hidden so, it’s not easy for me to provide a link. Do you have any idea how to fix that?

  • Hi,

This is a bit difficult to check without a link. Can you at least share some screenshots of the issue?

    Thank you!

Hello, and thank you for the response.
    Here is a screenshot.

The smaller words are of the submenu, while the larger ones are of the top level.

The menu appears like that, always expanded, not even a click point to roll/unroll.

    Hi,

Thank you so much for sharing the details. We truly apologize for the trouble this is causing you.

We’ve confirmed the problem and created a bug report for our development team. They’ll be carefully reviewing it soon and determine the best course of action.

Our team prioritizes fixes based on their impact and the number of users affected, so it’s hard to say exactly when this will be fixed. But we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

We’ll let you know as soon as a fix is ready. You can also keep an eye on the product’s changelog for updates.

Again, we’re so sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
