Hello, have you tried to disable all your plugins?

    Hi,
I am also facing the same issue. Desktop version works perfectly, not the mobile.
The mobile menu is the default blue header without logo image.

How to enable the mobile menu? or disable mobile menu?
I try to set the breakpoint and logo image from below, but nothing worked.
    Customize->Header->Mobile Menu…

In my library, I have created a header in the library to replace every pager’s default header.
    Could this be the problem?

    Wordpress: v4.95
    Woocommerce: 3.3.4
    Elementor: 2.0.5
    OceanWP: v1.5.10
    PHP 7.01

Hello, you have this problem because you are using the Custom Menu widget, you need to use the Custom Header Nav widget.

    Thanks for the quick response!
There is no Customer Header Nav Widget in my Elementor menu.

I watched the video tutorial “How to Create a Custom Header” again on OceanWP website and found out that My installation does not have “OceanWP Element” in Elementor editing menu.

    * Ocean Extra is already installed and activated.
    * Header was created from “My Library” and template selected “Elementor canvas”. (I also tried the Default option, but it also didn’t work.

Please let me know How to activate that menu?

    Thank you!

Hi, in the video, I use OCean Elementor Widgets which is a premium extension, but you can do it with the free Custom Header Nav widget, do a search in your Elementor panel, you will find it.

    Hi,
I re-created a theme library “header-2” and used Custom Header Nav widget you mentioned above. However, the issue still exist; mobile version showed the default blue color theme.

And interestingly, if I visit https://www.kidsgo.net/web/shop/ using my smartphone, the website responded that no product can be found. But the same URL showed up the product archive page correctly when I use a Mac. What could be wrong?

    Thank you.

Hi, can you send me a screenshot of the mobile menu issue? With the Custom Header Nav widget used on the custom header.

For the shop page, if you switch to Storefront theme, do you have the same issue?

Hi, do you use any AMP plugins? If yes, disable it, this is why you have this problem.

    (@stonez)

    Hi,
Not sure what is AMP plugins.
Here are all plugins I’ve installed and activated:

    • Contact Form 7
    • Duplicator
    • Elementor
    • Jetpack by WordPress.com
    • Ocean Extra
    • WooCommerce
    • Wordfence Security

Here are the plugins installed, but not activated.

    • WP Fastest Cache
    • Child Theme Configurator
    • Akismet Anti-Span

Which one is that causing the problems?

    I think it is Jetpack.

    (@stonez)

Great news! It was Jetpack caused this issue!
After I disabled Jetpack, the mobile menu shows up correctly.

Thank you so much for helping out! πŸ™‚
