Hi,

My site menu button is not working on mobile devices, If I clicked on three horizontal bar to open menu item it’s not working, Can you please let me know how this can be fix

Hi @fahadbhojani,

Sometimes, this issue is seen due to some plugin conflict.

Can you please try deactivating all the plugins except the recommended plugins and hard reload ( Ctrl+ Shift + R ) your site by clearing the cache? If this fixes the issue, activate the essential plugins one by one and check your site at the same time to find the conflicting plugin.

I have tried on different mobiles,

iPhone & Andriod

I have also generated the ticket on your support.
