    I know there is already a thread about this but the custom CSS tag did not work. Can anyone help us get our “mobile-friendly” site mobile friendly again?

    Hi
    You need to change the media queries for devices.
    As different devices have different widths, so have to write media queries. Media Queries have already been written in theme, but as the width of logo varies, you have to write some of the media queries again.

    Nothing happens when you tap the icon on mobile

    I think the problem might be the Simple Sign-up form. It looks like there’s a hidden form that’s floating over the mobile button. Can you try deactivating the plugin temporarily to see if that fixes the problem?
