Mobile menu button – Responsive 4.0

Hi there,
On mobile, the menu button always appears below the header. This adds depth unnecessarily and looks super untidy https://imgur.com/a/J3liSJu
Is there any way I can get it to appear to the right of the logo, to give me a much tidier header?
