Hi @dvk8,
I wasn’t able to check the issue on the menu thoroughly, I would like to ask a few questions in order for me to help you to fix the issue.
- What is the WordPress version?
- What is current Theme version?
- Did you try to disable all of your plugins?
- Can you send me a list of your installed plugins?
- Is there any custom scripts you’ve added on the site?
I also notice that your site is optimized, it would be best to try disabling the optimization plugin temporarily and see if it fix the menu issue.

Hi @afterimagedesigns ,
Thank you for your reply. I disabled all the plugins and found the guilty one: Responsive Accordion And Collapse! Is there anything in the CSS we can do to ignore this?

Hi @dvk8,
I would suggest to ask the plugin developer for this kind of issue. I also think that Bootstrap has this kind of functionality. You could also check the plugin settings if there’s an option to disable the plugin’s scripts and stylesheet for compatibility.

Thank you for your reply again.
I just figured out that I don’t even use this plugin anymore. So I’m going to keep it disabled.
Thank you for your help. Problem solved!
