The header is hidden with some css. Check the image below.

Check in the custom css or in the Hide Elements if there is any css that can cause.
Can you send me a screenshot of those settings?
Hi Rui,
I believe I had to use this CSS for some previous issue I was having with Mobile Menu but don’t recall. Anyway, I removed this CSS from Advanced Settings and it still did not work.
Here is screen shot of the MM Advanced Settings:

Roger
did you deleted that custom css in the image?
You need to deleted since that is causing the issue.
Also purge any cache plugin if you have one.
RUI,
yes i deleted the custom CSS from Mobile Menu Advanced Options and purged cache using WP Super Cache. I then reloaded pages and Mobile Menu still not appearing.
It’s showing fine for me, so you just need to clear the browser cache.
Checl the screencast below.

Rui,
Once I cleared browser cache now it works fine.
Thank you very much for your support.
Glad it’s working.
If you’re enjoying WP Mobile Menu, rate and review the plugin to spread the word!
Thanks
