Mobile menu is not responding

    When I use my mobile phone to browse the web, I click on the SHOP page under the menu. Whenever I interrupt the loading of the web page or return to the HOME page when the network is not good, the menu still exists, but it is unresponsive and cannot be closed. I can only refresh the page or reopen the website. This is very inconvenient when the menu demand is high. I tried to install the latest Blocksy theme and template from scratch, and the same thing happened without making any modifications. Friends, can you help me solve it?

    I wasn’t able to reproduce the issue on your website in any way. Is there something specific I need to do to trigger it?

    Also, you mentioned cancelling the page load or not letting it finish fully. Erratic behaviour is expected in such cases, as the site simply hasn’t had the chance to load all its necessary assets. This isn’t a theme-specific issue – it’s just how these technologies work.

    With that in mind, it may be worth looking into a higher performance hosting service to ensure your website remains stable during periods of high demand. No software installed on the website can compensate for this, as the hosting foundation is what matters most here.
