I’m using the navigation element on my website but having a problem on the mobile panel. When the panel is active, clicking on a menu item will cause the page to navigate to the correct link, but the menu doesn’t collapse so it appears that nothing has happened. The user has to close the menu themselves and may not realize that the page has navigated to the right place.

I’ve tried various fixes and nothing seems to be working. Fixing it is likely to cause another conflict as well. I’m hoping this is just a bug with Greenshift that can be fixed.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi. Our Navigation Element is working for site navigation. It means that new page is opened so it doesn;t matter if it’s closed or not because new page will reload it. If you use navigation for On Page – this will not work, you need to use regular sliding panel that you must create from Interaction Layers. Then you can create custom logic and close menu on clicks. For this, you may want to add custom closing button and set class of your menu items to be your closing buttons also
