Hi Rui,
Thank you for your quick reply. Your app is fantastic and I use it in all my websites.
I’m just having this problem now that the mobile menu keeps disappearing. When I flush the cache it appears again. At the moment it is it not working yet.
As this is the only website that I’m having this problem I believe that it could be conflicting to another app or custom code but I can’t find the problem 😩.

Hi @mariliamrdm,

Thanks for creating the topic. That very strange, are you using any cache plugin?Or something that minifies the CSS or Javascript?

I checked the site and I’m seeing it fine. The plugin settings are saved in the database so unless something changes it the final result should always be consistent.

I am experiencing the same problem: Mobile Menu disappears on home page from time to time. This happens with W3 Total Cache enabled. Do you have a suggestion on what settings to change in W3 to keep Mobile Menu works consistently?

I found the problem with mine.

On appearance > customise > Header
My menu style was centred and that’s what was messing with my mobile menu.
I changed my menu style to default and everything works fine now.
