mobile menu not working

    Hi everybody,
    after the installation of the plugin, the menu on mobile is no more working.
    And the banner asking for the acceptance of cookies doesn’t appear.

    What’s wrong?

    Hi @giudakro

    Can you temporarily disable caching and minification plugins such as SG Optimizer?

    It’s possible that the “old” version of the site (without a Cookie Banner) is still cached. Also, minified scripts/filenames are hard to read, so that would allow me to have a closer look at this.

    thank you for your fast and efficient support.

    I’ve disabled SG Optimizer and now it looks like working.

    What do you suggest to me?

    Should I keep the optimizer disabled?

    Hi @giudakro

    You can re-enable SG Optimizer and clear/purge the cache, to see if everything works as expected after this.

    If it does not work, we might need to exclude the Complianz files from Javascript Deferring / Javascript Minification functionality in SG Optimizer.
