Mobile Menu Not Working
-
I actually have a few questions:
When viewing the website in split screen on a desktop, the menu button doesn’t follow down the page as scrolling and it’s the same on mobile, on desktop full screen it works. Also on mobile the menu doesn’t open when clicked, how do I fix this?
Also how do a remove one of the footers from a single page, i.e. I have a footer and a call to action banner above the footer which I want on every page expect the consultation page where the call to action leads. ThanksThe page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi @inherentrobotics ,
Sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing. At the moment, we’re unable to access your website URL to check the problems you mentioned. Could you please share a screenshot or a short video recording showing the behavior on split-screen and mobile? That will help us identify the issue more accurately and provide the right fix.
Regarding the footer: currently, the theme does not support display conditions for specific pages. This means the footer will appear on all pages by default, and cannot be removed from only one page at this time.
Thank you, and we look forward to your screenshots so we can assist further.
Hey Fellixtara,
Thanks for getting back to me – here’s the video for the mobile menu issue.
After removing the footer I have a new issue of a blank white space where the old footer used to be – this there a way to fix this too please? Thanks.Hi,
Apologies for the delayed response. Could you please confirm whether you’re using the latest versions of the Solace theme and Solace Extra plugin? Updating to the newest version can sometimes resolve layout-related issues.
We also tried accessing the video link you shared, but it appears that it requires access permission. To help us investigate the mobile menu issue and the blank white space where the footer was removed, could you please grant access to the video.
Thank you, and we look forward to resolving this for you.
Best regards,
SolaceWP Team
