Mobile Menu Not Working

Hi: The mobile menu on my newly installed website (Worpress 4.7, with Jepack installed) is not working when I view it on my Apple iPhone 5.0. Any ideas how to activate/fix? I just got this site running with the Suits theme, and I definitely need the mobile menu to work, otherwise the site is useless for at least those with iPhone 5.0

I went through every dashboard checklist and see now mobile theme enabling swithc (i’ve read some premium sites have this feature on the dashboard.). Not I haven’t checked on Android or other devices. I don’t have other devices. Thanks.
