Mobile Menu Problem with Ocean Extra Plugin

    Hi,

    When I activate the Ocean Extra Plugin the mobile menu isn’t appearing anymore.
    The menu icon is visible, but nothing happens, when I click on it.
    Deactivating the plugin – everything is working correctly. Anyone with a solution?

    I updated theme and plugin the last days.

    OceanWP Version: 1.3.6
    Ocean Extra Version 1.3.1

    Hello, if you activate WP_DEBUG, have an error?
    Have you try to disable your other plugins?

    Hi,

    There’s no warning when I activate Debug.
    The problem occures also when only Ocean Extra + Elementor is activated, no other plugin.

    Unfortunately I can’t give you a log in, because the site is running on a VPN tunnel before it will be published.

    There is a JS Error in the Chrome Inspector:

    Another problem: The search button doens’t work, too. The only thing that happens is, that # is added to the URL…

    Hello, the frontend.js file come from Elementor, can you contact their support team to ask them why there is this error.
    If you disable Elementor, the issue is gone?

    Hi, it is normal that the search and mobile menu doesn’t work, there is a JS error, this error need to be fixed, then everything will work as they should.

    The mobile menu isn’t working when I deactivate Elementor.
    I deactivated all plugins, only Ocean Extra is running, still the same problem

    Hello, when you have only Ocean Extra enabled, what is the error in the console?
    Have you tried to re-install Ocean Extra?

    Hi,
    I reinstalled the plugin and the theme, still same Problem.

    With Elementor and all other plugins disabled (only Ocean Extra enabled) there is no JS error or warning in the Chrome console.
    But still, nothing happens when I click on the mobile menu button. Just the # in the url appears.

    Hi, okay, can you show the url where you have this issue?
    I know it is a JS issue, but I need to know from where.

    Hi, on your first website, I have a 403 Forbidden error. On your second website, everything work perfectly, maybe it was a plugin conflict.
    Can I close this ticket?

    Hi,

    as I said in the beginning, the website with the problem is not published to the public because it is still under construction.The second one is working correctly – I still don’t know why the problem is appearing on the first.
    I will have to use another plugin to replace the built-in mobile menu.

    Hello, ah yes, sorry, when your site will be public, you will see if the problem comes from VPN tunnel.
