mobile menu text color

My website has two menu bars – one white with black text and one black with white text. This works fine on computers but not on mobile devices. In Divi I went to the theme customizer – mobile styles and tried to fix this by changing the text color which didn’t work so I tried changing the background color but that didn’t work either. Any ideas on how I can fix this?
