Hey @wordmatej
Have you modified the header.php file by any chance?
Thanks
Hi, how do I modify header.php?
Pls send me instructions.
Best regards
@wordmatej
Please look into the files of your child theme. Go to Appearance -> Theme file editor and send us a screenshot from there. 🙂
Thanks.
Hello @wordmatej
Well… that’s the problem. By replacing theme templates, you’re the one that needs to make sure that you update the file when the new code rolls in the parent theme. Here’s more information about this — https://creativethemes.com/blocksy/docs/general/child-theme/
You have two options here.
1. Remove the header.php file.
2. Roll in the changes from the parent theme.
The issue will get solved automatically.
Thanks.
Happy to do it @wordmatej
Let us know if you have any other questions.
Take care!
Tx for your help.
Take care and regards.
I’ve got the same problem, hamburger dont work.
I have parent theme Blocksy,
And child theme Blocksy, which was created on Crocoblock website by their Crocoblock Wizard.
This is what is in CHILD Blocksy theme:

Is it correct, that I need to delete header.php fie?
If Yes, then I would probably lose some functionality or compatibility with Crocoblock, which I use on this website.
Hello @juliavnimanie
The answer is posted above. It is recommended to use the official child theme from our website, to ensure full functionality. 🙂
Just download it and install over what you have right now.
