    Hey,

    It’s me again…One last issue…I’m having trouble getting the trigger of my menu button ‘Instant Quote’ to work in mobile and tablet. It works fine in desktop.

    any suggestions??

    Just tested it on my device (Android) and it works fine here! What kind of device are you testing with?

    Hi Rick,

    I’ve found this topic on StackExchange:

    It seems it has something to do with iOS in general.
    You could try that CSS fix… (cursor: pointer;)

    I don’t have an iPhone to test with. Let me know if that works for you. If so, I’ll add it to the plugin as a base CSS style for all triggers.

    Hey Jory,

    I added the CSS but no luck. Maybe I have the css in the wrong place…where should I place it??

    Hi Rick,

    I see this button already has the correct CSS so that is not the issue.
    If I check in Chrome (simulate iPhone 4 and 6) it also works fine.

    From what I can find online it should just work… I’ll search and test some more (need to find someone nearby with iOS to test haha)

    Hi Rick,

    I was able to test on an iPhone 5, 6, 7 and 8 with the help of others. All worked fine.
    What kind of iPhone and iPad are you using? And what browser?

    Ok great…Maybe it’s my phone…I was using Safari as a browser…Thanks for everything! I haven’t heard anything from the client, so all is well…

    No problem! I know for sure that the iPhone 5, 6 and 8 were also using Safari as the browser. Might still be a different version though.
    If do you however find what might be the cause let me know so I can further investigate. I’ll mark this topic as resolved for now.
