Hi Emma,
To be clear, you have already disabled all plugins and the issue persists?
What if you switch to the default theme?
Hi Melissa,
Yup, I disabled all the plugins, tested, and it still wasn’t working.
I will try switching to the default theme, good idea.
I’ll report back….!
Thanks…
Emma

Hi Emma!
I believe this may be a bug in our theme — if so, we’ll try to get this sorted out right way.
So we can better understand the problem, can you please clarify if you’ve made any change to your theme’s code? Are you using the latest version of Make (1.5)?
Hi Scott,
Hm! Yes, it is the latest version… I just got it a few days ago. It says 1.5 on the theme details. I just deleted the theme altogether and then reinstalled it, and now it seems to be working. Yay! So not sure what it was. I didn’t really make any code changes… but I did remove several other themes that I had tried out and decided not to use so maybe something was messing with it?
Thanks for your quick replies and advice!
Emma
Hey Emma,
Well that’s odd! But I’m glad it’s resolved. Let us know if anything else crops up!
Hi there; I too have a problem with an unresponsive mobile menu… I am happy to attempt a re-install… I am slightly concerned about what will happen to the settings I already have implemented; colour changes etc. Will these all be lost? Because this is an established site, I want to minimise down-time / time that the site looks incorrectly formatted.
The website is thegoonshow.com.au.
Suggestions appreciated; I do love this theme although I am a non-developer using the free install.
Cheers and thanks,
Bryan
Hello Bryan,
We believe this is a bug in our theme. Unfortunately it’s proving quite tricky to troubleshoot as it’s not happening with any kind of consistency. We have a ticket opened for it and will let you know when we have an answer for you.
Terribly sorry for the inconvenience.
If you do reinstall the theme, your customizer settings should not be affected. You might want to back up your site first though anyway.
Hi Bryan,
When I load your site, I’m seeing some JavaScript errors in the browser console that I suspect are preventing the Mobile Menu from initializing correctly. One of them appears to originate from a plugin called “Suffusion Collapse Menu”. I would recommend that you temporarily disable your plugins and see if the Mobile Menu works any better. If so, you can re-enable your plugins one-by-one to determine which is causing the problem.
I am having the same problem with the Menu on Mobile view
@keepitmodest can you share a link to your site so we can take a look?
@keepitmodest maybe we’re not thinking of the same thing. When I click the “Shop Now” menu toggle button in the mobile view, it is working for me, both in my browser and in the emulator link you provided above.
@corey
Not sure what happened, but it works now. I spend 2 days trying to figure that out,
Thank you!
Corey and Melissa, thanks… the Suffusion plugin was the issue, the mobile menu works well.
