Is this the issue you were talking about?
Please try to deactivate this plugin then check how the site looks on mobile view. If the issue persists, we can say that the issue is not related to this plugin.
However, if the issue gets fixed after you deactivate this plugin, please save as template the custom Header you created using this plugin and share it here.

Thanks for your reply. The extra width of the page is part of the issue, but like I mentioned before, the dropdown menu on mobile view has the words piled on top of each other.
I have deactivated the Header & Footer Builder plugin and the menu works fine. So I think the issue is some format issue within the plugin.

I imported it on my dev site, however, the Header works just fine on mobile view. Refer to this video, please.
