Mobile menu won’t collapse

Just like it says, mobile menu won’t collapse. Menu works fine on a computer screen, but will not collapse when viewing on a phone.

Thank you kindly for the replies. I should’ve been more specific. The sub menus will not collapse into the parent menu item. When the menu is pulled down, it shows everything. I just want the viewer to see the top level pages. By clicking on a top level page such as “Nutrition”, I want its sub menu of child pages to expand. When the user clicks on a different parent page such as “Training”, I want the “Nutrition” child sub menu to collapse and the “Training” sub menu to open.
