Hello everyone, my website at http://www.childhoodinstitute.org is glitching whenever it is time to use the navigation bar on mobile. I have custom CSS, but even when I remove all the custom CSS, the problem remains.

With custom CSS, the mobile navigation bar menu (hamburger menu) will show up but it won’t do anything.

Without custom CSS, the same hamburger menu will show up, the categories will even appear below it (so it looks like it’s working properly) but then all the categories go away as the menu closes itself! (I believe that’s what is happening)

Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks

  • Hello Nicholas,

You first need to update to the latest version of the theme 1.8.3.1. If the problem still exists, please try to deactivate all the plugins and let me know if fixes the problem.

    Thank you,

    Thank you Rodica 🙂

I updated the theme and deactivated the plugins and it is no longer a problem! I realize now that my custom CSS got a bit TOO custom and I interfered with the code of the theme. So now I will tread more carefully and it should work great.

Thanks again! I appreciate it a lot
