    Hello,

My mobile seems to be stuck on one version of my website. Whatever I modify, clear caches, even theme change or desactivate all plugins. It remains the same.

Any idea how to solve this?

    Thank you.

How did you clear caches? It’s important that you clear your plugin’s cache (the one that’s doing the caching) and not just a browser cache.

I am clearing every time through autoptimize+fastest cache + my server cache + browser cache

Have you mentioned this to your hosting providers?

Can you update the desktop version of the site/ is it just the mobile side? That might indicate it’s an issue with the setup of themes and plugins and not a hosting provider issue.

I can change the desktop version.

Can you give an example of the thing you’re trying to do that’s not working?

I removed the 2 bottom pictures of my account page, but they are still there on mobile (https://kokoropanier.com/fr/my-account/). I amended the translation too, but no change.
Originally, the “register” and “identication” blocks were stacking from left to right and not from top to bottom so I included a CSS command to change this. But nothing changed too; then I tried other things like the 2 pictures. I tried all plugins and changed the theme as well, no matter, same thing remains on mobile.

Can you go into more detail what you mean by things staying the same? What exactly stays the same? From what you mentioned, the desktop version will change to the theme that you’ve switched to, and all plugins will deactivate on desktop. But not mobile?

it is like the mobile is frozen in time forever, whatever I change, nothing is happening on mobile. On desktop the changes are visisble. Sorry I cannot elaborate more, hope you can understand.

Maybe your mobile provider is inserting cache. What happens if you connect via WiFi rather than the cellular network?

    I am already on wifi.

It’s hard to compare your desktop and mobile views because the layout is so different.

If you change the theme, do you see the same content?
