• Hi All,

Thank’s for taking a look at my problem.

-Current version of WordPress running WooCommerce with a Custom theme.

The custom theme works great on Desktops, but on Mobile, it has a problem with expanding on menu’s [hyperlinks] that reside within main menu’s (sorry for the lack of correct terminology).

In the picture example below, which I’ve taken from the mobile site, you can see that there is the following menu layout: ‘Home > Categories > Balloons Galore, Gift Ideas Tableware…’

These menu’s all have other menus that expand further – which can be observed, and are correctly functioning on the Desktop site.

For whatever reason, the expanded menu’s do not function on the Mobile site. For example, when you click on any of the first tier menus, it collapses the entire ‘Categories’ menu list and wont move to the corresponding webpage. See final result after clicking on an expanded menu:

Unfortunately, I don’t have the knowledge or skill to have developed the custom theme and this was outsourced to a lovely fella who has gone missing. We tried another bloke who practically destroyed the live site after professing to be a professional with these issues. I have a little knowledge with html and css, so hoping you fine people can point me in the right direction to resolve this mobile optimisation issue. Every other part of the wordpress site is functional.

    Thankyou!

    Steve

Sorry – I’ve just realised that what I’m referring to as ‘menus’ should be called ‘sub-menus’. In short, it appears that the sub menus on the mobile site do not function when clicked on.
