    Hi,

I notice there is an option to remove Popups on mobile (which is fantastic).

I’m finding that when I check the remove on mobile it disables both the auto popups AND the click popups.

I was wondering if it is possible to remove Auto Popups on mobile, but NOT Click Popups on mobile?

If not, would it be possible to make the auto popup delay longer to avoid annoying Google?

    Thanks!!

    Edit:

Sorry, just saw that the auto popup CAN be delayed longer than 10000ms.

    Thanks!

@saleshigher – What your asking for is far to complicated to try and create. IE being able to disable specific features / functions of a popup on demand based on device. To clarify we won’t be adding anything like that, as it would be over complicate an interface that we are investing a lot of time to simplify, as well as making the existing learning curve that much harder, something else at odds with our current long term goals.

Generally though you would simply create a second popup, one for auto open on desktop, the other for click open on both, or one for mobile, one for not. But the latter would require our Advanced Targeting Conditions to do a Mobile Only version.

    Hope that helps.

    Hi Daniel,

Thanks so much for the response. I completely understand where you are coming from.

Making a second popup seems incredibly obvious. Thanks for pointing it out to me.

Appreciate all your hard work. Popup Maker is really helpful.
