Mobile or Tablet Menu Issue

    I am having an issue where if you login on mobile or tablet at http://www.gamekickstart.com/login the users avatar blocks the menu. Is there a way to allow users to login, but not display the avatar in the menu on mobile or tablet? I still want it to work on desktops.

    Desktop: User logged in Avatar appears far left next to social icons nicely.
    Mobile & Tablet: User logged in Avatar appears over the mobile menu badly.
