Mobile page NOT working :(

You can open my website on your computer or laptop, but it will NOT open on a smartphone 🙁 Was hoping to launch my page today, but I can’t do that until this is fixed. I’ve tried different plug-ins (MobilePress, WP Touch Mobile, etc.), but they haven’t fixed the issue.
