Could you send the link of the website where we can view the popup live?
We do have a recommended sizing but in order to make sure it will work for you best, we need to see the popup.
So, generally the popup sizing should be set “Responsive”. Large or Extra Large from Responsive options would work just fine.
The Max Width should be about 600-700 px.
The Min width should be about 300 px.
All of this should be configured from the Sizing section. https://prnt.sc/xfwsjx
You can try this and if it doesn’t work, there may be a need for 2 different versions for the same popup: desktop and mobile.
