Mobile problem

Hello, at first thats the best wordpress helpdesk plugin!

I have searched on the whole web and on envato for this plugin, but yours is the best one! On envato are some, but they are not worth the money.

I installed you plugin and its perfect. I wanted to buy the PRO version, but it seems that you not sale it anymore, right? On your website i can not find the desk support plugin.

I am satisfied, but one bug is there on the mobile version. I created some FAQ´s and on mobile devices when you click on the faq, you see the loader but you can not see the content.

When you will not fix that, can you maybe tell how to hide this just on mobile devices? I know how this works but i can notfind the name from the faq to hide it like this example:

@media screen and (max-width: 767px) {
    .THE NAME FROM FAQ HERE {
        display: none;
    }
}

I am very thankfull for this plugin, you just helped me to realize my own project! But i dont understand, why you not continued with this plugin. In your position i would test this plugin on all WP Versions and also with the latest version and i would register as developer on envato, trust me, you would get money like boss. Your Support Desk is awesome, as i wrote, i purchased on envato more than 60 Plugins for WP and your Support Desk is unique on envato.
