    Hi,

    I emailed you a couple of days ago regarding the mobile responsiveness and never get back from you.

    I have a couple of questions too :

    1- how to set the Maximum Lenght in the subject to 60 characters?
    2- how to open the tickets inside the /my-account/ page in Woocommerce instead of /ticket/ page ?

    3- Is it possible when we create a ticket to add this condition :

    once we choose the Order ID, it displays us only the products purchased in this order, not the whole product on our website, here is a schema if it’s not clear 🙂

    4- as you can see in the video above, the plugin is not fully mobile responsive, how we can make it responsive?

    We currently don’t have that feature.

    We don’t have that feature, but I can ask for a quote to the developers if you are interested.
