Hi @skyagencygroup
I hope you are doing well today.
We had some reports in the past related to select fields and calendar placed in Elementor pop-ups, but that issue was solved already in the last updates. Can you place your form on some test page, without a popup, and see if you can replicate the same issue with both fields?
Please let us know about the results. Also, if you will not be able to replicate this issue outside the popup, please export your form into Google Drive and share a link in your next reply.
Kind Regards,
Kris
Hi,
Thanks for the response.
The problem is only when I click a button for a popup. I have a contact form in my contact page and there is no problem whit the form at all. The problem appears only when I open a popup with a button.
There is the google drive link with the problems in the form.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1LVzxiN7eEt1TNei63Y_Q01fYLeq-5dcs/view?usp=drive_link
The problems:
1. Cant click the calendar “button” to open the calendar.
2. The default parameters which in my keys are 10 for the hours and 00 for the minutes are displayed unther the actual dropdown menu.
Kind Regards,
Birol
Hello Birol,
Thank you for sharing the form file. I wasn’t able to replicate the same behavior on a lab site. However, when reviewing it on your site, I’ve noticed that sometimes these elements appear fine:
https://prnt.sc/8zJ0Vf1-TM8r
This might be happening due to the some form elements being cached.
Could you please test it after enabling “Load form using AJAX“, and “Prevent page caching on form pages” options in Behavior >> Rendering section of the Edit Form page:
https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#rendering
If the issue persists, please also try deactivating features under “Ongoing Experiments” in Elementor >> Settings >> Features.
I hope this helps. Let us know how it goes.
Best Regards,
Dmytro
The Problem is finally fixed with the “Load form using AJAX” option. Thanks a lot for the support.
Kind Regards,
Birol
