Mobile Responsiveness

Hi, new to Master Slider Pro. Like the features, the performance on desktop but I’m getting some pretty strange behaviour on smaller screens.
Theme: Genesis + Dynamik. Can’t share site location, still in staging. Slider is running in a widget on a custom landing page.

When screen size shrinks:
1. width of the images are being compressed, height remains fixed.
2. font size of the text overlay is resizing OK but the position gradually moves up the window.

Are these settings/ configurations I’m just not getting? If so, can you help?
