I have created a pop up which is a Jotform opt-in form. I’ve tried source code, Iframe, embed, etc. and on mobile version the pop up cuts off half of the opt-in form. I can make the height larger and that works fine but then looks bad on desktop version. Since I can’t seem to make mobile function correctly I wanted to disable the popup on mobile and make a separate pop up that only shows up on mobile and not on desktop. I believe I have the correct rules applied to not display popup on mobile

    Show This Popup if
Page Type is equal to any AND
Mobile Phone is NOT equal to True

The problem now is the pop up isn’t displayed anywhere. Doesn’t show up on mobile or desktop. I’ve tried turning Ajax off and it still doesn’t work. Am I inputting the rules incorrectly?

    Thank you

It looks as though there is an error
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Mobile_Detect in /homepages/5/d611761405/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/popups/public/includes/Mobile_Detect.php on line 27

Hi Justin could you try new version and tell me if the error still happens?

HI Damian, it doesn’t appear to work at all now. I’ve even tried taking the mobile rule out and just using show pop up if page type is equal to all.

The error message is no longer displayed but neither is the pop-up.

I disabled Ajax and now it all works fine! Thank you!
