Mobile site description spacing

On mobile devices, the site description pops under the site title which is nice but it does so with what looks to be a 50px top margin. The result is not tight. It’s the site title, all this empty space, the site description, no bottom spacing at all against the mobile menu.

I’m trying to figure out the css for this to make a custom css to have it be site title, a little bottom space, site description, a little space, and the mobile menu.

Anyone have any ideas?
