Mobile Site Submission Error

When a user fills out the form on our mobile site to request a consultation, the fields must be filled out precisely as the format requires in each blank field. If not an error message comes up stating “There was a problem with your submission. Errors have been highlighted below.”. This is fine…but the problem is that this error message falls below the page break and if the user does not scroll down, they will miss the error message all together.

How do I move that error message to the very top or at a minimum above the page break?
