Mobile Store not loading right

I created a woo-commerce product page using Elementor. I created a template and then used the template on the page. When I go to mobile view on the template or page, it looks like I want it to. However, on an actual mobile, it’s not loading right. When I go into Appearance -> customize -> woocommerce -> product catalog and look at the mobile view, it shows how it’s actually loading. Does anyone know how to fix this?!
