Mobile Support for Plugin

    The plugin does not seem to work on mobile devices … can access any fields built with drop-down menus but any field (such as name) which requires the user to enter a response is not accessible on mobile devices. Test Apple, Blackberry, and Android devices.

    Is there a fix?
