    Hi everyone!

New here at WpDataTAbles but old WP user.

I was looking to put a table plugin on my website and WpDataTables just look awesome to me, I’m working on a staging area before going live with this plugin and them buy the Premium version.

All went good until I tried to acess the page with my mobile device. The table just don’t show up (IP11 here), I sent the link to another editors with Android devices, same thing.

Also on AMP Mobile Preview I can’t see the table. Also I can’t find out the mobile configurations that shows in the most of the tutorial videos.

Can anyone clarify to me what is happening to be wrong?

    Thanks in advance.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi charliemikes,

Thank you for your interest in wpdatatables.

Unfortunately at the moment, wpDataTables is not compatible with AMP plugin.

What you can do is to disable AMP on that page. You can check out this link

    Sorry for inconvenience,

    Best regards.

    Hi, thanks for the reply!

But even with the AMP being disable, the table don’t show up! Any clue?

EDIT: Now works, I must disable AMP, but PRIOR posting. If the page goes live and them I disable, will not work! Thanks!

    UPDATE 2: Not working again.

So I created a new page, disabled the AMP before going live, and everything work fine for a few minutes. Right after I change the Table theme to acqua, the table disappeared again, even if I went back to the old theme.

    Any clue on that?

    Hi charliemikes,

We check your pages from different mobile devices and we can see that is working fine. We believe that browser cache on your end is related for those issues. Did you try on other mobiles to check is it working right?

Here is what we see https://ibb.co/DYfnYgS

    Best regards.
