    This page show working in desktop theme but it is broken in the WPTouch mobile theme. The strange thing is that the preview function within the WPTouch settings, displays the page perfectly good in mobile view.

    Hi,

    The issue seems to be caused by the W3 Total Cache plugin. Please make sure it is configured to ignore the WPtouch user agent list per the instructions in the article linked below and it should help resolve the issue.

    Thank you for your very fast response.
    I somehow missed the notification and that’s why my response is delayed.

    I configured the W3 Total Cache plugin as mentioned in the article, but this doesn’t make a difference.
    Now I have completely disabled and removed the W3 Total Cache plugin, but still the mobile theme seems to be broken.

    Could you be so kind to take an extra look at my page, please?

    Unfortunately, I never heard from the support crew again.

    Now the problem is resolved by installing the update, to bad I had to wait a long time. A simple reply such as “Sorry, but we couldn’t find a solution” would be greatly appreciated.
