Mobile theme function.php codes are not working.

    I am using the newspaper theme.
    The problem is that the code I enter for function.php comments on mobile is not working.The function codes on the desktop work just fine.
    Do I need to enter function codes for mobile in another php file?

    There is no theme from the WP repository named Newspaper, so we can’t help you here. Your theme URI is http://tagdiv.com You should ask at the theme’s support forum.
