Mobile Version Menu & Links Unclickable

The desktop version of the website works perfectly, however on the mobile version, none of the links including the menu are clickable.

I tried disabling as much home page content as I could just to test it, but it didn’t seem to make a difference.

I also attempted to disable any plug-ins I had running, just in case there was some sort of issue, but it didn’t seem to make a difference either.

Both iPhone and Android tested with the same issue.

Any help or recommendations appreciated.
