• Hello! I opened up the mobile version of the website on my phone a few minutes ago, but nothing displays unless I switch to the desktop version. If necessary, I would really prefer that the desktop version be displayed first.

    Any suggestions?

Could you please provide a link to your site so I can take a look?

Is it possible you accidentally have enabled a separate mobile theme, like the mobile theme module that comes with the Jetpack plugin?

    Here’s the website: http://www.karensupport.org

I do have the Jetpack plugin enabled, but I don’t think I have any mobile related options checked.

    Thanks for the link!

You’re right, that doesn’t look like the Jetpack mobile theme, and it’s also not coming from Boardwalk, since that’s not what the theme looks like on mobile. (There’s no mobile/web option, you can peek at the demo to see what it’s supposed to look like: https://boardwalkdemo.wordpress.com/ )

Could you check your plugins (apart from Jetpack) and see if there’s anything that looks like it might be a mobile theme, like WP Touch, for example? Or did you recently have one active?

I don’t have anything else active. At one point the MOJO Marketplace plugin was active.

Currently, the only ones I have active are Akisment, Jetpack, and Simple Custom CSS and JS.

Thanks for the info. One of the other forum volunteers noticed that the styles for that non-working mobile page are coming from the domain dragndropbuilder.com, which seems to be a Weebly domain.

Did you used to have a Weebly site, or was your domain once hosted at Weebly? Looks like something might still be cached or pointing there.

    Troubleshooting things you can do:

    – See if your web host has an option to clear your site’s cache fully on the server side
    – As your host or domain registrar to double-check all your domain’s DNS settings to make sure nothing is still pointing to Weebly

This is definitely not a theme issue, but hopefully you can get it sorted with some assistance from your host or registrar. Good luck!

    I’ll try those! Thank you.
