Mobile version not updating upon published new post

Once we publish a new article to our site the Depicter slider updates accordingly on the Desktop but not on mobiles – no refreshing of the mobile browser appears to force it show the post.

if i edit the slide in the Depicter editor then publish the slider again, both versions work as expected.
