@macnux You can uncheck the option “Generate separate files for mobile devices” from WP-Optimize > Cache > Cache settings to avoid creating separate files for mobile devices.

I’ve done that and it creates only one version for desktop.
@macnux Have you performed a conflict test yet?
Try deactivating all plugins except for WP-Optimize and see if it is resolved.
If so, reactivate each plugin one at a time until you find the culprit. You can check for the issue between activating each plugin, so you can see which one is causing problems.
Please let us know your findings.

I tried the conflict test.
The problem only disappears when I disable Cloudflare. There is no conflict with my current plugins.

I think I found the problem.
I have a rule in Cloudflare that sets the Edge cache TTL to 14 days so if the page is cached, it won’t come back to the server again to get it for 14 days.
That’s also why when the preloader runs, it only gets some pages not all since some pages are cached on the Cloudflare Edge network the request won’t hit the origin server.
That’s why there is no page generated on the cache directory.

The only current solution is to set Cloudflare to development mode and bypass the CF cache.
In this case, everything runs perfectly.
@macnux With Premium version you get the option to detect Cloudflare CDN settings, which automatically detects if your site is behind Cloudflare and adjusts settings accordingly: https://prnt.sc/24c4blg
