Good morning, I’m asking for help with a problem viewing my website By phone:
    http://www.fdservices.it
Even though I can view the pages as I would like both in desktop mode and in mobile preview via the WordPress admin interface, when I try to open the pages (IOs and Android I tried both) with the phone nothing makes sense, more than 1/3 of the display on each page it remains empty and the recurring main menu is not active… the strange thing is that if I rotate the phone the display improves and the menu appears working.
I tried disabling and deleting unused plugins and themes, cleaning the phone’s browser cache and restarting the phone, nothing seems to work.
Thanks in advance and have a nice day

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

Just checked your site, but the layout is off. This is what I saw: https://app.screencast.com/BZVmjNZxTHkQX

Do you have cache enabled, if so, can you try clearing cache or disable cache so that I can see the normal layout?

    Let me know 🙂

First of all thanks so much for the reply, I have a question.
When you talk about caching I assume that you are referring to the server side, so I have to operate on WordPress on the Webserver (Apache) or what, consider that I don’t have any caching plugin installed on WordPress so I really think that my installation does not do caching

    Hi there,

Upon inspecting your site, I noticed that all the CSS and JS files are linked to a different URL that still uses an IP address, which explains the messed-up layout.

Could you please check Settings > General and ensure that the correct URL is set in both the WordPress Address and Site Address fields?

Thanks for the reply, I went to settings->General and checked the fields you told me (which are two) and they are correct (they point to the right URL https://www.fdservices.it), I’ll take a look to the database to see if all the necessary fields point to the right URL, do you have any other suggestions for me?, I absolutely have to solve the problem
    Thank you and good day

Okay, so the URL was set with HTTPS in the setting, but it seems like your site doesn’t have an SSL certificate installed. That could also be the cause. You’ll need to contact the hosting support to fix that.

I fixed it ,the problem was on file wp-config.php ,the URL’s was wrong ,they were pointing to the old IP address,I am very happy and thank you very much for your suggestions
I wish you a good day
