Hi, how can I achieve something like this https://imgur.com/a/XRhjNKa to show 2 slides on mobile and maybe half also?

Well you cannot show half a slide with Slide Anything – its always a fixed number of whole slides.

But with Slide Anything PRO you can create a Showcase Carousel, where you see an equal portion of the leftmost/rightmost slides – see the example here:
