The page link you provide needs some customization for mobile view.
It will much better if you please visit the plugin home page and create an issue in their support page.

I did it too but even without plugin for leading page is the same.
People have issues to register on mobiles because there are to fields in the row.

Normally I know this from all other sites that than they will brake to 1 per row in mobile view. One time you wrote something css for this.

I appreciate if you please consider your rating this time. If I didn’t told you about this integrations and hide this, then this might be right from your side, but I told you about this integration. At the same time you were asking for responsiveness of your form, you didn’t told us that your form doesn’t sending you the information.
