Mobile View, Menu colour

Hi,

My menu text colour changes when viewed by a mobile device and clashes with the background colour.

One other thing if I may. When logged in to WordPress the toolbar along the top of my site mixes colours part way across as shown in the screen shot below. How can I fix this?
