Upon checking, we observed that the Popup Box plugin is active on your site.
However, we did not notice an active popup from our plugin.
Please note that the issue you mentioned does not appear to be related to our plugin.
Could you kindly confirm if we understood correctly that there is no popup from our plugin currently appearing on your website?
If a popup from our plugin is present but as we mentioned it’s not displaying on our end, it may be due to caching issues.
We recommend clearing your caches and checking the case again.
