mobile vs desktop

at DESKTOP* field and at MOBILE checkbox as well

question if this code not loading at mobile version TWICE?

before I was uploading the same way another code code.resposivevoice.org , but later was replacing for indicated code, so question if plugin removing previously loaded version and remaining with the last one uploaded? (if I do not have access to pages source, only by plugin)

I need that indicated code would be placed ONCE at desktop and mobile version of page
