I am using the Premium Modal Box widget. I created a popup template using the Elementor popup builder so I could style the content how I wanted for the Modal Box widget. However, in the Modal Box widget, when I set the content to show as Elementor Template and select my popup template, the Modal window is blank. If I use the Modal Box widget’s text editor, it works fine, but I want to be able to use the Elementor popup bulder so I can more easily layout the content in the popup.

  • Hi @justmigrating

    Thanks for contacting Leap13 support!

We’re so sorry for the inconvenience you’re having, I will do my best to help you getting this resolved ASAP.

Actually, you don’t need to create a popup so you can use it with Premium Modal Box widget. Just create a normal Elementor section, add your content into it, save it as a template by right clicking on it and click Save as template, then just select it from Premium Modal Box widget settings. Here’s a screenshot for more clarification.

Also, I recommend having a look on this article for more information about Modal Box Widget.

Yes, using a standard Elementor section template worked fine. Thank you!
